Northfield Library Roof Project – Library Open, Parking Limited

Starting Monday, 3/24, the Village of Northfield will begin a roof replacement project on the Northfield Library building. The library will remain open, and all services will continue as usual. However, parking adjacent to the building will be limited throughout the project, which is expected to last several weeks.

Claire Evans will discuss Mary Anning’s life as, “the greatest fossil hunter the world has ever known.” Anning was born in 1799, made geological discoveries along England's Jurassic Coast that changed the world, and yet was uncredited by the scientific community in her own time.
