Home Delivery

Home delivery of library materials is available to all Winnetka-Northfield Public Library cardholders in good standing, with priority given to individuals who are unable to visit the library for any reason. Cardholders are encouraged to use the online catalog to select materials that match their interests and needs; library staff are also available to assist with material selection upon request.

Frequently Asked Questions

All Winnetka-Northfield library cardholders in good standing are able to request home delivery services. Priority is given to those who are unable to come into the library.

Items available for check out include books, magazines, DVDs, Playaways, video games, and audiobooks on CD. Library of Things materials are unavailable for the home delivery program.

Staff are able to suggest materials upon request. The Found4Youreaders advisory resource is also available for in-depth material suggestions. Additionally, technical support for using eBooks, eAudiobooks, and digital materials may be available upon request.

Items are delivered weekly depending on staff availability.
