Join Smithsonian magazine editor Meilan Solly for a deep dive into the Franklin expedition, a failed search for the Northwest Passage that resulted in the deaths of all 129 officers and crew members. Solly will discuss how long-overlooked Inuit testimony holds the key to understanding what happened to the men after they vanished from the written record.
