Ryan Decker, Associate Professor of Economics; Director for the Center for Financial Literacy; North Central College, breaks down the basics of personal finance: budgeting and introductory saving and investment strategies. Learn which factors to consider for deciding when, where, and how to save, invest, or aggressively tackle debt. Resources and tools for learning more about these topics will be shared.
