Tech Help Appointments

Have a question about how to download an audiobook? Need help with your iPad? Let us help! Set up a meeting with a member of the Winnetka Library’s Digital Services staff and we would be happy to help. To make an appointment, fill out the form below. You'll be contacted within two business days to set up a time slot. The meetings are in-person or virtual on Zoom. Appointments are limited to WNPLD cardholders (one per month per cardholder). Please note that we can help teach the basics of tech usage but cannot repair your items or software.
